Overview
This project was an exciting opportunity for me to lead the design and development of a cutting-edge marketing and information site for Silico AI. Working closely with Creative Director Chris Jefferies, we created a site that not only met the client's needs but exceeded their expectations.
Using Figma, we brainstormed ideas and then utilized Webflow to develop a dynamic CMS-based site that the Silico AI marketing team could easily manage. To help simplify complex processes, we incorporated eye-catching animated diagrams. Additionally, we created a unique and engaging blog layout, and much more to ensure the site was both informative and visually appealing.
Approach
To enable the Silico AI marketing team to manage their own marketing and information content on their website, I utilized the powerful content management system (CMS) capabilities of Webflow. I created custom collections for different types of content, such as blog posts, case studies, team introductions, which could be easily managed by the marketing team using the Webflow editor.
This approach allowed them to add new content, update existing content, and manage their site's overall content strategy without needing to rely on developers. With the use of Webflow collections and editor, the marketing team had full control over their site's content and could easily make changes to optimize their marketing efforts.
Micro-interactions.
Micro interactions such as hover effects and subtle animations were implemented to enhance the linear content on the webpages, providing a more engaging and interactive experience for Silico AI's users.
Dynamic components.
Even the animated sections of the Silico AI website use dynamic content pulled from the Webflow CMS, empowering the team to update their own site without any coding knowledge.
By using the Webflow CMS and Editor, the Silico AI team can easily manage and update their website content without the need for costly developer assistance, reducing overall website maintenance costs.
Conclusion
The new Silico AI website has achieved the objective of the overall design brief by incorporating video, simple animation, and dynamic content to generate new leads and save money. By using Webflow collections and the editor, the Silico AI marketing team is able to manage their own marketing and information content, which has cut costs and increased efficiency.
The website's micro-interactions have enhanced the linear content, and even the animated sections of the website use dynamic content from the Webflow CMS to allow for easy updates. With its modern design, engaging content, and user-friendly functionality, the new Silico AI website is poised for success in the highly competitive world of AI and technology.
